Our Inspiration
The plant “Bougainvillea” is a key inspiration for our building. This is a very bright, colourful and tropical plant which grows wonderfully against surfaces such as walls, which is seen throughout BougainVilla Apartments, from our well rounded balconies to our lovely terrace. The plant blooms in a variety of colours depending on the season, changing the exterior look of the apartment. This is when landscape becomes architecture, when “Bougainvillea” becomes “BougainVilla.”

Our Concept
BougainVilla Apartments were built with a vision to provide expats working in Nepal a very comfortable and secure stay. Built in Jhamiskhel, next to The British School, one of the most desirable neighbourhoods to live in for expats. The architecture of the apartments has been designed to allow for maximum sunlight penetration, making them very warm in the winters and allowing the flow of cool breeze in the summers.
